Acupuncture

Acupuncture is one of the oldest continuously practiced recorded medical system in the world. Acupuncture uses sterile, hair-thin needles which are inserted into specific anatomical points of the body to activate the bodies natural self healing mechanisms. This stimulation increases the production of endorphins and activates the endocrine and immune system.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy can be used to relieve pain and symptoms of stress, or to develop, maintain, rehabilitate, or increase physical function. Can be relaxation or therapeutic and may include cupping as a modality. Please note that Jody does not offer cupping. Check out our TMJ focussed massage by clicking on Jody’s picture.

Hi, My name is Cassandra Hall. I went to Alberta Institute of Massage in Red Deer, Alberta and received my 2200 HR Diploma back in 2013.

Since then my skills and confidence have evolved to the point where I’m quite comfortable doing a variety of pressures and modalities such as generalized deep tissue, relaxation, sport massage, rapid adhesion release, and cupping.

I’m a firm believer in the idea that you as my client know your body the best so I make sure to take the time to fully understand your needs and wants during your massage. Getting you to the point where you maintain and/or reach your optimal health standards is my greatest accomplishment as a RMT.

I look forward to meeting and treating you soon!

Having a successful career of over 24 years in dental, she decided to return to school to take Registered Massage Therapy for “Fun” and absolutely fell in love with the profession! Jody’s treatments are usually deeper pressure, utilizing several modalities such as: •Swedish Massage (including head, hands and feet) •Myofascial Release • Deep pressure • Prenatal • TMJ (including intraoral) • Relaxation • Trigger Point Therapy • Lymphatic Drainage • Sports Massage. Jody does not do cupping. Jody looks forward to meeting you!!
